CrossFit Classes

High-intensity functional fitness training, making it accessible for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes.

CrossFit For Everyone

A typical CrossFit class follows a structured format designed to maximize your workout experience. 

  1. Whiteboard Brief: The coach explains the workout, its purpose, and scaling options. This brief helps you understand the movements and the intended intensity.

  2. Warm-Up: The class starts with a warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. This usually includes light cardio, mobility exercises, and muscle activation.

  3. Strength/Skill Work: Depending on the day's focus, you'll engage in strength and skill training. This could involve lifting weights, performing bodyweight exercises, or gymnastic movements.

  4. Workout of the Day (WOD): The main part of the class is the WOD, which varies daily. It combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The WOD is scalable, meaning it can be adjusted to suit your fitness level and physical limitations.

  5. Cool Down: After the WOD, the class ends with a cool-down to help your body recover. This might include stretching and mobility work.
